Update to our Ticket Exchange Policy:
You may make ticket exchanges twice in a season with no cost. Additional exchanges will incure a $5 exchange fee. Exchanges or returns must be made 24 hours before the show you are scheduled to attend.
Updates to our Late Seating Policy:
Due to an ongoing problem with ticket holders showing up very late for shows and causing delays to start times or interruptions for the rest of the audience, or simply not showing up at all and leaving seats empty for otherwise full or Sold Out performances with waiting lists of people who would have liked to purchase those seats, we are implementing the following policies:
- If you are running late for a show OR will not be able to attend – Please call the Box Office and let us know as soon as possible.
- If you have tickets waiting for you at Will Call and you have not picked them up five minutes before the show begins we will assume you are not coming and may release your seats for purchase by waiting patrons. If you call ahead to let us know you’re on your way, we will hold your seats.
- If you have tickets in hand (either because you picked them up earlier, or your tickets were mailed or emailed to you) and have not arrived by five minutes to show and the rest of the present audience members have been scanned in and seated, we may release your seats for purchase by waiting patrons. If you call ahead to let us know you’re on your way, we will hold your seats.
Please be aware that if you call AFTER the show has begun, we cannot exchange your tickets for a different performance, or issue customer credit. You must call BEFORE showtime.
Help us solve the Empty Seat problem by planning ahead and being on time, or letting us know you will not be attending. Empty seats are disappointing for our performers, and frustrating for our patrons when they miss out on shows they would’ve liked to see because they thought all the seats were full.
If you arrive after the start time of a show, you may not be seated. This is to prevent disruptions for other audience members and performers, as well as for your safety and the safety of our house volunteers as navigating the stairs in the darkened auditorium can cause tripping hazards.
